X came to work and was stopped by the office security at the door. Security guard refused to believe that the office ID that X has shown was hers. The guard has said that she is a sister of an owner and in spite of the fact that X's colleague has confirmed X's identity the security guard called the manager. After calling the manager security guard has allowed X to come up into her office. However one hour later X was called up to the security officer and executive manager. Security officer has forced X to sign the papers saying that she is quitting her job. The papers had been at the manager's office for a long time and weren't signed. X was threatened on a multiple occasions that she will be fired. X is currently working at the same organisation since - according to her - she is a high quality specialist and the main specialist at her factory. X has received a fine of 15000rub for violating the company's dress code. She was also given a smaller salary for "not complying to the manager's orders".
