On February 2017 X tried to get a job as a waitress in a restaurant. After a potential employer has reviewed her passport information he demanded that X complies to the dress code of a gender that is stated in her passport. If X agreed to this condition she would attract attention from the clients of the restaurant and would put herself in constant risk of harassment and abuse. Fearing for her safety X was forced to refuse the work as a waitress in that restaurant.
