The case of R.J. prepared by WISG- On January 9th, in the evening hours, transgender woman, standing at the cruising area (so called “Pleshka”), was physically attacked by another transgender woman, who arrived there by taxi. This woman calls herself a human rights defender. This was preceded by a threatening phone call on January 2nd, that if the trans woman would be seen at Pleshka, she would be thrown away from there. On January 10th, 2017 WISG addressed the police, who only applied verbal warning, because the perpetrator did not show signs of physical abuse and there was no witness in the case.
