The raid was filmed by journalists who accompanied the police. The victim was under the influence of psychotropics. The policemen forcibly tied her hands in handcuffs and drove the victim to a medical examination. The doctor at the narcological department of the hospital began to conduct a medical examination with witnesses, which was filmed on camera. According to the legislation of Kyrgyzstan, the doctor does not have the right to conduct an inspection with strangers and, moreover, to film everything on the camera. The video also shows how the victim was forced to sign documents on the content of which the victim was most likely not informed.
