During the summer of 2016 X has faced significant obstacles when trying to start her studies in the 10th grade in the school where she has successfully studied for 9 years and has successfully completed all of the necessary exams for entering the 10th year. The director of the school and the executive school counselor were both strongly against X going into the 10th year of high school education due to her feminine gender expression and behavior. X has feminine gender expression and is open about a fact that she is transgender. In spite of that the staff of the school insisted that X has a diagnosis of "borderline personality disorder" which she must have received in order to escape the army and because of that X should not be allowed to continue her education. After a lot of arguments with the staff of the school X has won over the argument and her right to continue her education.
