In the video, a cross-dresser in tears tries to explain about their gender identity to unknown people. The voice behind the camera was a rough deep voice. The video was very short, but it clearly shows that it was further continued with humiliation and insults and hate speech. In the same week, there was a police raid. The apartment, where trans women worked was stormed by the police. All people were taken to the police station. At the police station there were laughing about them, invited journalists who filmed sex workers on camera and one trans woman was asked questions such as "Do you want to change your passport?", "Do you plan to have surgery?". The face of this person has not been distorted, which is indicating potential outing of their gender identity that could pose dangers for the victims. Transgender man passed passport control. Staff at passport control asked the victim to go to a separate room. Then they showed photos of other trans people who have ever passed the customs control. The victim felt psychological pressure and threat by the staff of the customs control. The victim was outed in his gender identity by a colleague who told his parents information about him taking hormones. When the victim returned home from work, he was subjected to physical violence by his father and brother. Physical violence was followed by insults. The victim feels depressed at the moment. They found out that the woman was trans and knocked out her teeth during a brutally violent act. She lost consciousness. The perpetrators put a bag on the victim's head and took her out of the city to the river. They attempted to drown the victim. For some time, the victim lost consciousness and was drowning in the water. The perpetrators left the body of the victim in the water, thinking that she was already dead. Luckily, a passing witness saw the victim's body in the water and came to her rescue. The witness was able to pull the victim out of the water by her hair. The victim was still alive and able to recover. Passers-by called the police. When the police arrived, both of them were arrested. In the police station, when the trans man showed his passport, he heard humiliating words by the police and was bullied. When both parties solved the conflict peacefully, the police did not want to release the trans man because he was "not coinciding with the person in his official documents." The policemen told the victim that he was dangerous and could be a terrorist who "changed his sex". When the victim was on a gynecological chair, the doctor left the medical mirror in the genitals of the person and left the room. He felt humiliated and after the incident he turned to a psychiatrist for antidepressants because it was difficult to survive this experience. She forgot her keys at home and couldn't let herself in with the intercom. After numerous attempts, she finally sat on a bench near her home. There were two intoxicated men who started to Victim perception come near her and harass her. She asked them not to touch her, but despite her attempts, two men turned out to be stronger and raped her. "The victim had to suffer sexual violence to stay alive" - a witness said. Depression, trauma Café Assault The incident occurred in the country of Tajikistan (Central Asia). In March 2016 trans activist spent the evening in company with a friend for dinner in a cafe. During the evening a man kept watching him. Once the victim finished dinner, the he called a taxi, Trying to get in the car, the man from the cafe ran up to him and put his hand over his face, and said that he hates people like the victim, most likely referring to the gender identity of the victim. The video shows that the action takes place in the apartment where the trans sex workers Language used worked. One of the police officers kicked a trans person in the face, using words like "fag", "faggot". There are presumably the client lying on the floor, begging the police not to use violence against the sex worker. The aim of their visit is unknown. According to survivors, they were tricked into an apartment where they were locked up and held for several hours. The survivors were questioned during which they were deprived of their documents and their resistance and attempts to escape Threats and psychological were hijacked with the use of physical violence. Part of the incident was recorded on video and posted on the Internet by the violence, assault abusers themselves. According to the survivors, they managed to escape at a time when the offenders were away and their friend opened the door to them. The role of a friend in the incident is not clear. It is not known whether she voluntarily cooperated with the abusers or under duress. According to the survivors, they were detained to be forecd into sex work in the city of Karaganda.    It is not known whether the physical health of the survivors was harmed, since they refused medical assistance. However, all survivors describe the psychological trauma suffered by them, such as fright, stress, nightmare, fear of going out, fears for life and safety. According to the survivors after the appearance of the video on the Internet (the perpetrotors posted a record with bullying on the Internet, and its how it became known about the case) they had to hide, difficulties with housing appeared, they were refused to rent. Two women said that they had problems with their family.
