The case of T. TS. Prepared by WISG- On March 26, 2017 transgender woman was getting in the taxi when two men (her neighbors) hit her in the head. Transgender woman was asking for the immediate compensation and the arrest of the attackers. When WISG’s lawyer explained that this action did not calls for arrest and/or immediate compensation, victim dropped the case.
