On September of 2016 X has went to the Kabanova N.A City Hospital in order to have a chest photofluerography. At that time X had legal documents that did not reflect his gender identity and expression. X's gender expression reflected his gender identity and he was passing for the society. In spite of that X was invited to the female changing room before the procedure. X was forced to talk about his gender identity and tell about the fact that he is undergoing hormonal therapy and has completed medical transition. Medical specialist denied that fact and forced X to go to female changing room. Women who were in the changing room at that time did not agree with the doctor and after multiple complains and screams from the women patients, X was allowed to prepare for the procedure in the men changing room. While he was changing medical specialist had made negative comments about his gender expression and talked about his transgender status with other staff members.
