The victim goes to Çorum Judicial Court in order to start court proceedings related to the assault she has experienced. She demands for the appointment of a lawyer for her case from Çorum Bar Association. Bar staff deny her demand by stating that "We do not assign a lawyer to transvestites". Pink Life LGBTT Solidarity Associaltion finds another lawyer but s/he refuses to handle the case.case.
