The victim was standing at a tram station with two of her friends when a heckler came to them and said to one of them: "you faggott". She asked him to leave them alone and he replied: "What is this are you a man?" She was astonished. Her friend started to shout that he is harassing them. At the end a strange man helped them to get rid of the perpetrator.
