Three victims were detained in the police station after a police raid. They were kept in the police department for two days. Abused victims were tortured, forced to have sex with police and drink alcohol. The victims were not given the opportunity to communicate with relatives, nor was a lawyer provided. The motive of the detention was allegedly hooliganism.
