President of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a referendum of the Constitution, which proposes a number of amendments to some articles of the Constitution. One of the items related to marriage, which states, "Marriage shall be entered into only between a man and a woman." In fact, the law on marriages already mentioned this expression and there is no need to change or to put the emphasis in the Constitution. It is obvious that the state uses LGBTIQ people as a political issue, to manipulate society for their own purposes in order to divert public attention from the other amendments to the Constitution. This amendment has been widely discussed in the society (social networks) and is accompanied by hate speech and supported by society.
