The case of Z.B. prepared by WISG- On May 2, 2017 the neigbours threw stones at the house of the transgender woman. The police was called and they detained the transgender women under the Article 166 (petty hooliganism) (administrative detention). The court hearing was held on May 4th, the video presented by police failed to show the hooliganism of transgender women. Accordingly, the administrative proceedings were stopped by the court.
