The victim was discriminated and verbally attacked by two members of the medical commission of the Republic Fund for Health Insurance. Two female doctors were insulting him based on his sexual orientation and gender identity and refused to give him necessary documentation needed for sex reassignment surgery. They said that people like him should never be allowed to get any medical care and that they should be deported from this country.
