The incident occurred in Uzbekistan (Central Asia). In June 2016, an online video appeared where feminine trans people of Uzbekistan have been exposed to physical violence by law enforcement officials. The video shows that the action takes place in the apartment where the trans sex workers worked. One of the police officers kicked a trans person in the face, using words like "fag", "faggot". There are presumably the client lying on the floor, begging the police not to use violence against the sex worker.
