The case of M.M.; A.M.; V.Ch. Prepared by WISG- On February 7, 2017 3 transgender women were in one of the night clubs at Kostava Street in Tbilisi, where they were attacked by 5 strangers, one woman and 4 men. One victim broke her hand. All four of the perpetrators were identified and the criminal case against two perpetrators (one man and one woman) was launched under the Articles 126 and 118 of the Criminal Code.
