A trans man because of his refugee status does not have access to legal gender recognition and is not entitled to trans specific health care. Turned to the health department for a permission for health care after his request for LGR was turned down in January 2015. In March 2015 the health department asked for legal gender recognition first so he reapplied again in April. His request was not answered yet. (Jul 31 2015)
