At the end of May 2017 X tried to get a job as a waitress in Omsk. During her conversation with potential employer X came out as a transgender women and said that she still had documents that did not reflect her gender identity. She received a denial from employment. The employer stated that she is denied of a job because her passport does not reflect her gender expression and identity.
