When she contacted the school in order to change her high school diploma - school director told her that she has to publish an advertisement in newspaper that she had lost her diploma and bring the receipt for the advertisement to the director. Only after that, according to director and in the condition that in school they still have the diplomas from the year when X had graduated - they might give her a new one. Previously to that conversation director was saying the X does not need to change her high school diploma since, according to director, gender is not reflected in the diploma.
